More than just project management!

Are you ready to break away from traditional project management and immerse yourself in the exciting world of comprehensive product responsibility? In your role, you will take the helm for the entire product lifecycle of our customers, acting as team lead and working closely with international developers. Together you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of the product from the initial concept to the market launch and beyond!

YOUR TASKS

• You take over the holistic support and management of app development projects for customers
• You are responsible for the projects from conception, design and implementation to testing and acceptance
• You are the main contact person both internally and for all parties involved on the customer side
• You are responsible for overseeing the implementation and testing of software products in all phases of the development cycle, including alpha, beta and release candidate versions
• You act as team lead for product owners and an international developer team of up to 20 people
• You provide targeted support for the individual career development of your team
• You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of workshops (e.g. requirements analysis, lessons learned)

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in computer science, media informatics or business informatics
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience as an IT project manager
• You have programming skills - ideally you are a developer with strong communication skills and experience in project management
• You have the ability to work in a team and have ideally already acted as a leader
• You enjoy communicating with customers
• You have a very good feel for design and user interfaces
• You are able to design front-end and back-end systems, including communication via interfaces and APIs
• Written and spoken German at at least C1 level
• Knowledge of written and spoken English to at least B2 level
