Experience Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position of 2 years or more

- Knowledge of Oracle Siebel CRM architecture

- Knowledge and experience in Siebel eScript development

- Practical SQL, PL/SQL development skills

- Experience of working with Oracle, MS SQL databases

- Participation in projects of implementation, maintenance of Oracle Siebel

- English - Intermediate (reading technical documentation)

Experience in Siebel CTI integration:

- Experience of Siebel CTI integration

- Experience of using BI Publisher

-Profound knowledge of business processes, experience in projects in the following fields: financial sector (banks, insurance companies), FMCG, Retail

Responsibilities:

- Participation in Oracle Siebel maintenance projects

- Participation in the analysis, discussion and clarification of business requirements

- Preparation of technical documentation on projects and solutions

- Interaction with business analysts and employees of other business units of the customer

- Configuring and developing system, workflow processes, business services, web services, etc.

- Performing works to integrate Oracle Siebel CRM with other systems (CoreBanking, IS-Card, MobiCard)
