- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process: source, screen, interview, and close candidates in Ukraine and Worldwide;

- Close cooperation with hiring managers to develop the ideal candidate profile and how it matches the needs, culture, and values of our company;

- Closing top talents for Delivery department using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, employee referrals, job portals, networking, and other resources;

- IT market investigation with the combined use of external and internal sourcing, headhunting, passive and active search;

- Contributing ideas to improve company processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy;

- Developing job descriptions, and posting vacancies on job portals;


- Advanced level of English — both verbal and written;

- 1+ year of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house

- Experience in hiring engineers in Ukraine and Eastern Europe;

- Good understanding of the IT Market;

- Strong candidate sourcing skills;

- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation;

- Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels;

- Ability to prioritize, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

- Startup mindset and hunger to achieve great results;
