Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of JResearching experience;
• Generating a pool of passive candidates
• Maintaining recruiting files, documentation and communication with candidates
• Maintaining recruiting database
• Apply sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates.
• Schedule interviews with managers for each open position

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferable)
