We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to competently manage our financial operations!

👉 Responsibilities:

— Company finance management;

— Accounting management of American Inc;

— Budgeting of costs and income (monthly, quarterly)

— Reviewing and researching billing discrepancies, including past due accounts, payment terms, pricing, etc., and resolving all billing concerns for customers;

— Coordinating with the Sales team to apply adjustments, audit customer invoices, and address collections inquiries;

— Budgeting, P&L and Cash-flow management;

— Expediting timely payment or collection letters in accordance with Company policy and internal processes;

— Debt collection processing;

— Performing various administrative functions for customer accounts, including recording address changes and updating billing and payment information;

— Processing registration of incoming payments, preparing invoices and credit notes;

— Providing verification and control of timely payments in several international banks;

— Preparing data for internal and external stakeholders;

— Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc;

— Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances;

— Responding to vendor (external or internal) inquiries, including payments.

👉 Requirements:

— Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related fields;

— Understanding of international accounting regulations;

— 3+ years of proven experience in accounting and financial controlling;

— Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals;

— Previous experience in the accounting department for international IT companies;

— Analytical skills;

— MS Excel, Google Sheets on Advanced level;

— Stress resilience and multitasking;

— Flexibility for assuming new tasks/responsibilities;

— Excellent interpersonal skills;

— Upper-intermediate level of English.
