Organization: Argument staffing agency
Proven work experience as an HR or Technical Recruiter,
Hands-on experience with various interview formats,
Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles,
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian, Russian, and English,
Solid understanding of HR practices.
Will be a plus:
Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.

Perform a full cycle of the technical recruitment process.
Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements,
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Provide support with all the HR processes, event organization, and internal communications.
