We are looking for a QA engineer with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, is eager to share their knowledge with others and thrives in a team environment. You will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they’re dealt with. You will also be responsible for designing, developing and execution of automated tests. This position also requires manual testing of the parts not covered by automated tests yet.

Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:

• Fluent in the English language (C1 or above)
• Curiosity and passion for digital products
• Technically oriented, proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (Node.JS, HTML, CSS)
• Hands on experience with test automation tools, ex. Puppeteer, Selenium, Appium, Eggplant, WEBDRIVER I/O
• Good eye for details and aesthetics, basic understanding of design principles and UX
• Sense of care about users, being their advocate
• Critical thinking
• Willingness to help and share your knowledge with your teammates and learn from them
• 3+ years of experience in a QA and web technologies / mobile related field

Responsibilities:

• Writing automation tests, primarily using WEBDRIVER I/O framework
• Manual testing of mobile and web applications
• Acknowledging possible difficulties/issues in future features before the actual development
• Prioritizing, estimating and planning testing activities
• Creating well-structured and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Identifying bugs and issues, reporting them and verifying that they are resolved
• Communicating with other QA engineers, engineers and product managers in order to ensure quality throughout the product development lifecycle
• Writing documentation of testing processes

Nice to Have Skills & Competencies:

• Previous experience in working within an agile team of developers
• WEBDRIVER I/O framework hands on experience
